Fiona Martin - Director, B.Arch.Sci.,B.Arch.
Fiona Martin qualified with an Honours degree in Architecture from U.C.D. in 2001. She then worked in professional practice for 2 years. Since then she has been involved in all aspects of Building from Refurbishment to Development and Management whilst always maintaining her Design Interest.
She is a Member of the IPFMA - The Irish Property & Facilities Management Association.
She is currently a Property Managing Agent for Residential Developments, and executes her work with sympathy to both Owners and Tenants.
Patrick Martin - Director, B. Comm. F.C.C.A.
Patrick Martin is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. Whilst he also practices as an Accountant, he has been involved in Property Management for many years.
He is actively involved in preparing Service Charge Accounts for submission for Audit, and arranging Budgets for the year ahead.
