Fiona Martin qualified with an Honours degree in Architecture from U.C.D. in 2001. She then worked in professional architectural practice for 2 years. In 2003 Fiona worked in an Accountants firm Patrick Martin & Co. Auditors with Patrick Martin B. Comm. F.C.C.A gaining accountancy experience with a view to setting up BPM Property.
In 2005 she set up BPM Property since then she has been involved in all aspects of Building from Refurbishment to Development and Management whilst always maintaining her Design Interest.
She is a Full Member of the RICS Royal Institiute of Chartered Surveyors and SCSI Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland.
She is also a fully PSR licenced Property Manager. [C and D]
With her professional background, Fiona specialises in OMC management: from dealing with developers’ new builds to existing management companies. She is familiar with all aspects of Property Management from site management to office to financial and executes her work with sympathy to both Owners and Tenants.
